Saki Mobile™, a new service that redefines the mobile experience for both brands and consumers, unveiled a fresh new look and enhanced functionality that makes it easier for consumers to access interactive content from some of the world’s most popular affinity brands.
The new streamlined design, seen at www.sakimobile.com, features more channels based on the most popular categories of interest including media, entertainment, and lifestyle services. The redesign sets the stage for the upcoming launch of integrated music and photo sharing capabilities that will let users create and access the two media types, along with many others including, videos, movies, news, weather, sports, E-mail, IM and more – all in a single shared environment.
The new site also provides consumers with a number of free Saki downloads. Consumers can now download Saki on more than 100 mobile devices from major manufacturers worldwide and use it on every major wireless network including WiFi, WiMax, 2G, and 3G.
In addition to improvements to the enhanced mobile experience, the redesign makes it easier for existing members to access their online "My Saki" social page, allowing full access to their Saki account straight from any Web Browser.
Saki Mobile includes a collection of 35 standard applications and more than 145 integrated features to satisfy the appetite of the most demanding consumer. Unlike other wireless services, Saki Mobile enables consumers to "pick and choose" from a wide range of content – with zero spam and no unwanted ads. The Saki platform also features "drag-and-drop" mobile widgets allowing consumers to create their own custom UI from their favorite brands. Saki’s patent-pending mobile interface offers a unique desktop-like experience that makes it simple for consumers to navigate the wide selection of mobile content.
Saki Mobile can be downloaded for free on a wide range of phones, PDAs, and other handheld devices at www.sakimobile.com. Beginning in the first half of 2007, Saki Mobile will be available on almost every mobile phone. The new version called Saki Lite™ is part of the companies' ongoing commitment to deliver an optimized experience on the most popular devices. The company will also announce support for Ultra Mobile PC and Sony’s PlayStation Portable (PSP) later on this year.
